The Trauma Healing Institute at American Bible Society equips churches and NGOs worldwide to care for people suffering severe wounds of the heart and spirit in the aftermath of conflict, disaster or abuse. Our proven model combines biblical and mental health resources in an effective intervention that fosters healing and restores relationships with God and others. We serve the whole church—Catholic, Orthodox and Protestant—with materials, program models, facilitator training and certification, collaboration, and research.
